General Practice Fees - Effective from 1st April 2023

Private Billing

  • Standard consultation: $62

  • Long consultation: $100 

  • Extra long consultation: $145

After you have paid your account in full, we can submit the claim to Medicare on your behalf, via a secure Internet connection. If you have given your bank details to Medicare, your Medicare rebate will be paid into your nominated account within 2 working days. You can register online at www.medicareaustralia.gov.au/online or by visiting your local Medicare office. For your protection, the practice does not submit or retain any patient banking information.

 

Bulk Billing  (No gap fee)

  • Telephone consultations

  • All vaccinations (vaccines not included)

  • Children under 16

  • Pension card holders

    • Pensioner Concession Card

    • Health Care Card

    • Commonwealth Seniors Health Card

Podiatry Fees
 

F004 Initial consultation:  $75.00

F014 Subsequent consultation: $70.00

F221 Functional foot orthotics: from $175.00 each  

F546 Ingrown toenail resection: $220.00

Appointments

You can make an appointment online, by phone 02 8411 3303, or in person. It is recommended to book an appointment to see your preferred doctor. A normal consultation is 15 minutes. 

 

Referrals, Prescriptions and Results

All referrals, prescriptions (new and repeat), and receiving results require a consultation with a doctor. We do not take requests for scripts or referrals via email, and reception cannot release your results. Please ensure you book a follow-up appointment to see your GP to find out the results of your test or procedure.

Billing Information

We are a mixed billing clinic. If you are not eligible for bulk billing with your Medicare card, there is roughly $20 out of pocket for GP's face to face consultations. Overseas workers/students/visitors are welcome.  If you have financial difficulty, please do not hesitate to talk to our doctor at consultation.
